The Civilience movement, inspired by the values of organizations like Peace Corps and AmeriCorps, provides interns with practical and confidence-boosting experiences in applying digital technologies to solve real-world community challenges. Over 200 students – Ivy League to community college; undergraduate, post-graduate, alumni – have gained meaningful technology- based community-building work experience, often for course credit or scholarship grants.
